PLEASE provide accurate and complete information in your order for us to begin processing your order. We will contact you to discuss the designs and visions of your order. $30.00 base cost of all household items. Invoices for complex orders will be sent once the original order is processed. 

ALL personalized orders require a non-refundable deposit ($30.00 for household items) to begin the design process. The non-refundable deposit will be credited to the overall product cost on the invoice.

**Larger or bulk orders may require a deposit of up to 50% of total costs before the project begins.** 

Include ALL customization information in the requested field and we will send you an invoice for the balance BEFORE beginning production.
