🔄 Return & Refund Policy — Art By AAG

Thank you for shopping with Art By AAG! We are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below for physical and custom digital products.
🛍️ General Returns (Non-Custom Items)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for:
- A full refund
- An exchange
- Or store credit
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in its original physical condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
- Damaged or worn items will not be refunded or exchanged. However, store credit may be issued.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
✨ Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products (including coloring pages, digital files, and hand-designed items), we follow these policies:
- All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin the design process.
- For larger or personalized projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required.
- Full payment is due before any digital or physical custom order is delivered.
Changes or cancellations:
- You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of payment and receive a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit).
- Orders canceled after 24 hours are non-refundable, as design work may have already begun.

- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- For damaged or incorrect items, include a clear photo showing the condition.
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
