Thank you for your purchase!

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Please see the Policies Below:

**ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!**

You will have 30 days to request a refund, store credit, return, or exchange. 

Items must be sent back in the same physical condition it was shipped in.

Damaged orders will not be refunded or exchanged. In this case, store credit will be applied as your refund.

**Contact Information: Complete the form with your accurate contact information on the original order.

All Custom Orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin the design process. Larger orders may require a deposit of up to 50% of total costs.

Payment for Custom Orders: Once the order is placed through the website and the deposit is paid, we will communicate with you within 48 hours and for orders incurring additional charges for personalization specifications you will be sent an invoice for the remaining price of the order. 

**On the order describe the customization that you'd like us to create for you. Include ALL details you'd like. (We will contact you about any changes or needed alterations to your requests before developing the final Invoice)**

**Invoices will reflect a credit of the deposit amount.**

** ALL custom orders must be paid for in full in advance,

**If the order is canceled within 24 hours of payment, it will be refunded (minus a non-refundable deposit). 

**Orders canceled AFTER 24 hours are Non-refundable.
