Welcome to Art By AAG! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By making a purchase or using our site, you agree to the terms below.

1. 🛒 Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in [USD] unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Orders are not processed until full payment is received unless otherwise specified for custom work.
  • Art By AAG is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information at checkout.

2. ✨ Custom Orders

  • Custom art and coloring pages require a non-refundable deposit to begin.
  • Deposits go toward the final cost and are reflected in your invoice.
  • Full payment must be made before digital or physical custom work is delivered.
  • All custom sales are final once work begins, except for cancellations within 24 hours.

3. 📦 Shipping & Digital Delivery

  • Digital products (such as coloring pages or ebooks) are delivered via email or secure download within the specified delivery window.
  • Physical items (if applicable) are shipped using the method selected at checkout. Art By AAG is not responsible for shipping delays once the item has left our hands.
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs fees.

4. 🧠 Intellectual Property

  • All original artwork, designs, and content from Art By AAG are protected by copyright.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or redistribute our content or products without written permission.
  • For custom artwork: you may use the final file for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless a licensing agreement is signed.

5. 🖼️ Customer Submissions

  • By submitting photos or reference images, you confirm you have the legal right to use and share those images.
  • You grant Art By AAG the right to transform the image into artwork.
  • We do not share custom work publicly unless you have given permission.

6. 🧾 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital items and custom orders are non-refundable once design work begins.
  • Cancellations for custom work are accepted within 24 hours of payment (minus deposit).

 

 

 

7. 💡 Site Content & Usage

 

  • All content on our website (images, text, logos, product listings) is owned by Art By AAG and may not be copied or reused without permission.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

  • Art By AAG makes every effort to represent products accurately. However, slight color or texture variations may occur depending on your screen or printer settings.
  • We are not liable for any dissatisfaction due to subjective differences in art style or interpretation.
